High Scoring Games

People are wondering why all the high scoring games ? It also makes them mad because some Teams score a lot of points on them This is the Era of chuck and duck shotgun football . You run three pass plays and punt and didn't run 30 sec. off the clock . Your opponent goes on a drive and Scores. You get the ball back and repeat . Finally you get the ball to the one yard line still in the shotgun so you can start 5 yards back and never score . I do think the shotgun has its place in football but you need the personnel. You also need to be able to get under the center . I hear coaches say " we are hang our hat on this " ! Cmon your on the one yard line , why do you want be on the six? Bottom line is they extend the game by throwing it and the opponent keeps scoring ?
