OF would have three losses, assuming they lose to WOS and finish 4th.

OF has to beat HJ by 9 to clinch the #3 seed, so if that happens then Liberty will take #2 and HJ #4. HJ must win 1 of the next 2 to clinch playoffs but must win out to clinch the #2 seed. If HJ beats OF then loses to HF(by some miracle), or if HJ loses to OF by less than 9 and beats HF, then Liberty will take the #2 seed, HJ #3, and OF #4. Yeah, I see that but if HJ beats OF, OF will finish with three losses. So at worst HJ ends up with two losses the same as Liberty, for a two way tie, not three way. A two way tie is decided by head to head, right?

Point differential is the 2nd factor that decides seeding. If there's a tie, then it's head-to-head.
