If our defense steps up I think we should do amazing. I don't see them stopping our offense. Right now it's just like a well oiled machince.

49-28 BC

Same could be said about Center as far as the defense. If BC can stop our passing attack, which few teams have done, then BC will win. Otherwise, Center wins 35-31.

I'll be the first to admit that 9-4A top 4 as a whole is better than 10-4A top 4 as a whole.

Their 4th place team did beat their #1 team.

And it wasn't a fluke. They got better as the season went on. Roughriders will not roll over and I give them a good shot to win the game.

My kids play for WOS. You said very few have been able to stop the passing game y'all have. According to what you just said, 40% have been able to stop it. I'm not trying to argue. Those are tough losses.

Any more info?

What's been said on a couple other sites is that starting QB dropped 45 lb weight on starting RB toes/foot in the weight room today. possible broken bones.

Anyone from BC, is there any truth to this? I sure hate to see anyone go down with an injury this time of the year....and for it to be an off the field injury (if it's true) makes it that much worse, imo.

I didn't say very few. Read my post again. But, my point is Center passing game will be a challenge for BC to stop. Pretty much our strength of our team. And that 40% also has a combined season record of 32-6.

Was non existent during our game. The qb is athletic and Rb is good but dline is was about as bad as you could get. The oline was rough as well.

With all due respect, Henderson was the best team Center saw this year, and the worst matchup we have had as well. That being said, that game was the absolute worst Center has looked all season. Don't get me wrong, I feel Hendo is head and shoulders better than Center, and it wouldn't have mattered if we had played better. That's how impressive yall looked to me. In fact, the only 2 games this season where I felt like the Riders were just over matched and whipped up and down the field, was against Hendo and Gladewater. Folks soon forgot that we went toe to toe for a half with Gilmer  (down 27-21 @ half) before falling apart in the 2nd (70-21 final). Carthage score looked bad, but we had alot of self inflicted wounds and I honestly don't think carthage was that much better than center. I couldnt tell u the last time we played well against them though, honestly...10-12 years ago maybe? It's been no secret that Center's biggest weaknesses this year have been our O-line and defensive secondary. O-line has struggled against BIG athletic defensive fronts. Secondary has tugged against, well, everyone, really. But they have shown noticeable improvement. Our defensive front hasn't been as bad as you say we are. Sure, we've had not so good moments, but they've also had plenty of good, solid games.

Center just need to focus on one game at a time. Play our best "This Game". Week after Week.

I agree. I think our week 10 bye will have helped us in getting some starters back healthy and ready to go. I think as long as our QB isnt constantly running for his life, center has a good chance to get the W
