Last Time a Non Politician Won the Presidency

Got to thinking about this.  Need help from someone that knows how to goggle better than me.

I found that Eisenhower was the last non-politician to win the Presidency.  But he was a 5 Star General, which was a "political" position, and he had worked for the Government his whole adult life.  

That said, when was the last time a non-politician, who wasn't in the Military, or hadn't worked for the Government, been elected?   Has it ever happened?

5 Presidents had never been elected to public office before becoming President: Zachary Taylor, Ulysses S. Grant, Herbert Hoover, Dwight D. Eisenhower, and president-elect Donald Trump. However, Trump is the only individual to be elected president without any prior political or military experience.

Eisenhower was great. How did the other guys do. I know Hoover was horrible.

Trump is no politician and not a Republican that I know of. This could be good.

Zachary Taylor and Grant were generals. Hoover was the Secretary of Commerce and the director of the FDA.
