Bridge City vs Bay City 2nd Round

Second round matchup between Bridge City and Bay City in Galena Park next Friday night.  Bridge City won a close victory against Center on Friday despite missing their leading rusher. Coach Dubois told KOGT that he expects Draper back in action against Bay City. Bay city beat Houston Yates to advance to the second round. 

What do y'all expect to see next Friday? It's no secret that we intend to run early and run often. How has Bay City played this year? I see that they lost to El Campo in overtime a few weeks back...

I think Bay City has improved as the season has went on . We (Bellville) beat them 14-6 early in the season.

This year's Bay City is no where near their teams of the 90's and 2000's. I give Bridge City a slight edge in this one...24-21 type of score.

Seems like Bay City has gotten better as the years gone on, pretty impressive they took El Campo to OT.  I still think BC wins.

Hope BC defense found their groove as after giving up 21 points in first half, held Center to just 7 points is 2nd half.  Bay City seems to be similar to Center as they have a good running QB and like to throw.  Good luck to BC.

Coach Dubois already told KOGT that Draper was going to go.  I'll be shocked if he's able to, but he's tough.
