Rudy's OK.  But my preference is Mr. Gowdy.  And I think at one point in time Trump was leaning towards Gowdy.  Hopefully still the case.  My orginal thought for Rudy would be head of Homeland Security.

As for the Electorial College, that's in the Constitution I believe.  And this country is the United States of America.  Does not mention individual people, but States.  These 50 States.  Not California and New York with their large populations.
