I hope this is just an isolated incident, and doesn't handcuff other Police Depts. Only logical thing, the City Council and Attorneys are getting some of it.  Illegal?  Of course, but I can understand greed, and manipulation.  Just giving BLM $100,000 for rioting and getting arrested?  That doesn't compute.

Got to admit, me living on a fixed income, this might be a money making proposition.  Just wonder if I was to riot here in Evadale, and our Constable arrested me, if the city council here will give me a $100,000?  Oh wait, we don't have a city.  Blast, foiled again.

lol...I don't think rioting would be very lucrative here in Texas...thank goodness.
