It looks like Astros are signing Edwin Encarnacion. 

Springer or Bregman may be gone now..

If they don't keep Springer and Bregman, I'm through with the Astos. P I T C H I N G is what killed us last season.

They would be trading springer or Alex for likely Chris Sale. It's tough but that might be a darn good trade if they get Edwin

I'd rather keep Bregman over Springer.

They will most likely go after Archer from TB or Quintana from the White Sox... With their rotation being Keuchel, McCullers, McHugh, Musgrove, and Fiers they will have a decent rotation barring injury or another horrible year from Keuchel if they can't land anyone. Bullpen played well later in the year and I expect to be much improved as everyone has more of a set role going into this season rather than the swap everyone out every week start they had last year. They've definitely set themselves up to go after a ring this season!
