Sometimes the hoop does seem like it has Saran Wrap over it.  Even in my limited experience I've seen it several times.  When even the layups don't seem to go in.  While it's frustrating to the fans, I can't even begin to imagine what it must do to a coach.

What is going on with the jaguars. Man they have alot of talent. They have guards a couple of shooters. That they didnt have last year. Why are they not playing to the potential they played up to last year
