I hope Cornel can get a handle on those defensive penalties. He has said before about the lack of discipline of the defense, that allows this

Yeah, that's what I thought, but Stickitmaster adds fees and taxes to it.

I'm less excited about the D2 title game now.  I was looking forward to the WOS vs Gilmer offense . How many years are they set for a runa like this?

Knowing most of the wos fans on this site, I'm sure you will all say that this will be a tough game and y'all can't overlook them. That's called humility, and I respect that.

While I partly agree, the other part of me says there is no way wos loses this game! They are just that good!!

Well, I'll be the first to oblige you.  We are facing a team that took down Gilmer, which until about 10:00 last night I thought provided the single biggest threat to a WO-S repeat.  The did so by playing some awesome offense sprinkled in with, although the score may not show it, some timely defense.

Am I confident that WO-S will take home a title? Yes, Will it be as easy as last night? Nope.

I'm still enjoying the victory last night. Honestly haven't asked but I'll find out later. Sitting here trying to make myself believe all of this is real. When these boys were very young we knew they were special. As they got to be 9, 10, and 11 the reality of what we thought was right before our eyes. We said back then that they had 2 State Championships in them. Now we've lost a few of those boys. A couple of them moved to Beaumont and actually one is visiting Yale this weekend to play football. The pride and joy that these boys have given me and a lot of other people is just amazing. I didn't mean to go on a rant about the boys but it's just what's on my mind right now. Can you even imagine? Three State appearance in a row. Not to mention a State appearance in baseball. Thanks for the ride fellas!!!!

They run the same offense we do the line is about to 260 across the board on both sides of the ball they will get off the ball but I think we are more physical than them read our keys and tackle in space and we will be more than ok and this will be a 3 hours plus game 2 teams running  the spread it's going to be awhile if anyone has any questions feel free to ask

I thought cureo would have been a tall order if they starting qb wouldn't have gotten hurt
