So what teams are looking good so far?  What kind of talent do we have coming through the feeder schools in SETX?

From the teams that I have "seen" so far in games/tourneys, the below have some potential....8th grade...

ML King

C.O. Wilson

Groves

Silsbee

C.O. WILSON 8th has beaten groves and silsbee this year and lost by 3 to M.L. KING in a good competitive game with several lead changes.5-1 on the season so far.

Anyone got updates on BISD feeders?  Smith, Marshall, South Park etc?

Smith middle school is undefeated on the season. They won a tournament in Houston and have beaten all the local teams they've faced. They have basically the same team that went undefeated last year in the 7th grade.

Smith team is really nice from what I saw last year!

Smith just handed MLK it's first loss of the season. This was a good game, but Smith was just a little too much for MLK. The future looks bright for Central.

Hey guys, my son is an 8th grader and we are wanting to find tryout info for any SETX AAU basketball teams.  Does anyone know where I could find that on here?

Smith has some really nice players from what I had seen last year...CO and MLK had a good game, with King winning by 3 at the end...

Smith won the C.O. Wilson tourney, beating the home team for the Championship.

Was able to catch some games at CO Tourney as well...I thought Smith, C.O. and Marshall showed well throughout the tourney...Championship game was a good battle
