Private Company Finds Sunken French Ship

A private American Co spends millions to finds a French Ship from the 1500's, off coast of Florida.  International Law says if it's a War Ship it belongs to France.  So France and Florida are taking them to court.  First, terrible law.  Second, the lawyers will get most of it.
