That is a very young team that is prime to be molded by a great (and legendary) coach.  I had no doubt seeing them early in the year that they would be fine (even when they were struggling).  And look out in a couple of years, especially if one or two catch a good growth spurt.  Impressive win tonight for the Bucs.
