States making big gains were Texas, Utah, Idaho, and Nevada.  Biggest losers were Illinois, New York, and Pennsylvania.  I will leave it to your imagination to draw your own conclusions about who governs better.

That's why everything must be centrally controlled...we cannot have some states making others look bad...very unfair and uncompassionate.
