ref made a horrific foul call on a falling away, over the back tip with .3 seconds left to give PNG 2 FTs at the end.  Made the second one.  Just when I think I've seen the worst call.  I swear SETX leads the world in terrible basketball officiating.  Joe Sigler is the smartest man on the planet not dealing with it.
