"Second, here is our thoughts :

1. Beaumont ISD is failing. Still failing. Millions upon millions and a dream team of trustees – and it is still failing. 
2. Port Arthur ISD is failing. Still failing. Millions upon millions and a group of trustees that seemingly get along – but are really proud about the failing progress of the children.
3. Nederland ISD is passing – big. Seemingly they have their crap together. 
4. Port Neches Groves is passing with some problems – but they are passing. 
5. Hamshire Fannett is passing with some great leadership from their trustees including a guy name Bob Thuman who seemingly is very serious about his community."

Hamshire Fannett is one of the best in the area and the state.  They ve always done very well year in and year out
