How did I miss this?  To much politics, which is giving me ulcers.  Interesting enough, my son told me he gave up watching news for lint.  That's probably a healthy choice.  I couldn't get it to show up, but in all honesty, if I knew nothing about the person (as you said, a stranger) I'd save the person.  To me, a no brainer.  

Additionally I'll add, if I knew the person, and say it was El Chapo, a man responsible for killing hundreds, if not thousands, many innocent, I probably go after my dog
