Guest kf89 Posted March 3, 2007 Report Posted March 3, 2007 Bridge City is the real deal.nederland, but they never live up to their reputations.
j_dog Posted March 3, 2007 Report Posted March 3, 2007 jasper for 14 reasons1.taylor hart...must be a homer post! ;D
NeDeRlAnD b-DoG fAn Posted March 3, 2007 Report Posted March 3, 2007 I think Bridge City and Nederland are the two top teams in SETX
EAGLE07 Posted March 3, 2007 Report Posted March 3, 2007 If Barbers Hill is considered SETX...better throw them in the mix. Good bats, outstanding catcher, strong in all 3 outfield positions, and two southpaws that have been mowing batters down. Looks to be several strong teams in SETX this year. Should be a great season for baseball ! Good luck to all !
kem up 10 Posted March 3, 2007 Report Posted March 3, 2007 My Top Four Picks1. Bridge City2. Barbers Hill3. Nederland4. Jasper
AstrosDawg07 Posted March 3, 2007 Report Posted March 3, 2007 No certain order:JasperLCMBridge City Nederland...
hfveeder Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 bridge city. reason being: Johnny Dishon & Jeff Stringer
ABCD14 Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 West Brook, without a doubt. They might have started off rough this year but things are starting to come around. Their top 2 pitchers are out right now, and Mark Serna may not be able to pitch all year. This will hurt the Bruins, but with the sticks they have, they can beat anyone in the state. They showed off how good their bats are Friday night against Barbe scoring 16 runs. We'll see how things work out this year for the Bruins.
ozens fastest@1906 Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 Why hasnt Ozen been mentioned as one of the best teams so far in setx
WarriorSports Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 My top 5 of this area would be 1) LCM 2) Jasper 3) Nederland 4) Vidor 5) Ozen
Critter Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 My top 5 of this area would be 1) LCM 2) Jasper 3) Nederland 4) Vidor 5) OzenWOW, do you even watch Baseball???? What about BC???? Gotta make your top 5...... ???

SteelerCzy Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 My Top Four Picks1. Bridge City2. Barbers Hill3. Nederland4. JasperLooks good to me.
ABCD14 Posted March 6, 2007 Report Posted March 6, 2007 Haha, BC should definitely be one of the top teams in SETX...and Ozen?...I mean they have some pitchers but I dont know if they are one of the top 5 best teams in SETX.
EAGLE07 Posted March 6, 2007 Report Posted March 6, 2007 Reading some of these posts...maybe Barbers Hill isn't considered SETX.
WarriorSports Posted March 6, 2007 Report Posted March 6, 2007 everyone always jumps on the BC bandwagon but year in and year out, how far has BC ever made it in the play-offs...? I mean they have some pitching and one stand out but I really think they will be fighting for a play-off spot much less being a top 5 team in the area...there are talented yes but I just can't give them a top 5 spot quite yet...maybe in a few weeks

WarriorSports Posted March 6, 2007 Report Posted March 6, 2007 Just saying people are quick to put BC right up there at the top...I am not so quick to believe that, will take a few big wins before I jump on the wagon..thats all I am saying
