Well, BLM is technically a "movement" not a scandal, but there is that. Also, the growth of ISIS is not really a scandal. Lying about cops "killing innocent blacks" isn't a scandal. The email stuff was all on Clinton so that must not be a scandal. Benghazi was clearly the fault of the youtube video (Hilary said so), so that isn't a scandal.
