Wow...what a novel idea...actually holding someone responsible for their own actions.

I'm 99% sure if this ever happens once or twice, you'll see protester anywhere but the road.  They need this in big cities when you're in a neighborhood where some punks might stand out in the road, and when you stop, they drag you out and beat you to death.  And the mayor says, well, you shouldn't have been driving down there.

The really sad part about this whole ordeal is the need for such a law. Lord help us. We are sinking to new lows.
