LumRaiderFan Posted January 17, 2017 Report Posted January 17, 2017 From the article: "It’s shifting the burden of proof from the motor vehicle driver to the pedestrian,” Rep. Keith Kempenich told the paper. (Roads) are not there for the protesters. They’re intentionally putting themselves in danger." Wow...what a novel idea...actually holding someone responsible for their own actions. 77 and Tigers2010 2 Quote

Hagar Posted January 17, 2017 Author Report Posted January 17, 2017 I'm 99% sure if this ever happens once or twice, you'll see protester anywhere but the road. They need this in big cities when you're in a neighborhood where some punks might stand out in the road, and when you stop, they drag you out and beat you to death. And the mayor says, well, you shouldn't have been driving down there. Quote
Tigers2010 Posted January 17, 2017 Report Posted January 17, 2017 My little car would be too ineffective. Time to trade in. Vroom Vroom Quote
baddog Posted January 17, 2017 Report Posted January 17, 2017 The really sad part about this whole ordeal is the need for such a law. Lord help us. We are sinking to new lows. Quote
