Week away .....ready to get this kicked off. What's everyone's expectations this season for your team ?

I'm not sure about ours, but I think them Silsbee Tigers are set up for a great season.  Hope to make a few games this year.

I think the Rebels will have a great season as well, if everyone will give a 110% !

Just seen the 7 day forecast. Looks like Friday Jan. 27 the lows will be in the 30's and the highs will be in the 50's. Typical Southeast Texas baseball weather. TigerNation!!!

Woodville should be a contender for the district title, although Central Heights always has a tough squad and will begin as the favorite. Woodville returns 8 starters and only lost 1 player who got significant playing time. That, along with expriencing the playoffs last season and the hiring of one of the better coaches in this area, should set them up for a very nice year.

We will see. All depends on hitting!!! If we can hit we are going to be tough to beat.

When my friends are whining about how warm it is at Christmas, I always remind them that our cold weather doesn't hit until baseball season starts. And here we are!

This will be my Son's last 1st Highschool practice. Bitter sweet...Where did the time go? If you have a freshman ballplayer at your house, tell them to enjoy their highschool ball, because it flys by...Good Luck this season BC CARDS!!!

Same for my Son. I still remember like it was yesterday signing him up for T-Ball. Good Luck this season to the Coaches and players for the  New Caney Eagles.

Never stops!  You're either getting better or letting someone else pass you by.  But yes, for those lucky enough (we'll still be on the hardwood) the season starts tomorrow.

HJ will be young but should be very competitive. New coach is a no nonsense baseball guy, the kids have really taken to him. Looking forward to a solid (hopefully injury free) year for all.

It's time! Barbers Hill will be solid again this season. Look forward to the season and post season. Maybe with a little luck, we can make a run at Round Rock. Good luck to all of the players out there!

If I am going to Florida for vacation, the second my wheels hit the road heading there, I am on vacation.... According to UIL Baseball practice can officially begin today.

Mine is trying out today.  Hes nervous but I told him he will be fine. Cant wait to see some GCM baseball action.
