The Silsbee Tigers can officially punch their ticket to the Texas Class 4A playoffs tonight as they host the Orangefield Bobcats.  Joe Sigler's Tigers, 22-5 on the season, finished up the first half of 22-4A district with a 5-0 mark after a 94-60 win over Bridge City on Friday.  The Bobcats, 9-14 on the season, finished the first half with a 1-4 district mark after a 69-46 win over Hamshire-Fannett on Friday.

Silsbee took the earlier meeting between these two teams on January 13th in Orangefield by a 98-61 score.

I know we aren't facing the toughest competition in our district,  but this Tiger team seems to be getting right where they need to be before the playoffs, if you leave out that BC game.  Really like the ball movement and teamwork on the court right now.  They are starting to know right where each other will be!
