I dont think it has been finalized yet, but it looks like Direct TV and Extra Innings will do a deal together so now you cant buy the extra innings unless you have Direct TV.  Last year 85 million people could get the extra innings package, now there are currently 15 million subscribers to direct tv so thats quite a few less that will be able to get the EI package.  I had extra innings last year (i have time warner cable), and am not happy that i cant get it unless i change to direct tv.  I think Bud Selig is making a big mistake considering many think baseball needs all the fans support and Bud is turning away a lot of baseball fans with this deal.  And if you're paying 150+ to watch out of market games, you're probably a pretty big fan.  I've always thought Bud Selig has done a decent job over the years, and think people have given him a hard time too much, but i disagree on this one,it makes me mad, and i just cant back him on this one.  What do yall think about this?  Please post on here if you've had the extra innings package and you cant get it and your thoughts....
