hfveeder Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 if the indians pitch floores they win, its a scientific fact.
bh89-2 Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 HAHAHA....I love these threads......We win!! - No!!! We win!!!! ;D PNG is a stand-up group, good luck and safe travel. BH WINS !!! Just kidding.
EAGLE07 Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 If BH pitches Hales and/or Thamm, BH wins. Just kidding, I had to say it. Honestly, a non-district matchup such as this one....between two tournaments and close to start of district play..it's anyone's guess. Really depends on how the coaches want to use their pitching. I look for BH to throw several pitchers. Just my two cents.
play-ball!! Posted March 6, 2007 Report Posted March 6, 2007 were probally gunna pitch harrington a few innings cause he hasnt pitched since thursday at the tournement so he is gunna start most likely we will just see what happens
BHFAN Posted March 6, 2007 Report Posted March 6, 2007 PNG is gonna Kill them ;D JK Kidding!!!Its hard to tell without knowing the starting line up. Two stand up teams BH will come to win!! And I'm sure PNG isn't coming to lose 8)
MIF04 Posted March 6, 2007 Report Posted March 6, 2007 Does anyone know how the Flores kid is doing after running into fence on Sat nite? Pretty bad gash on head and banged up knee.
baseballwayoflife Posted March 6, 2007 Report Posted March 6, 2007 Might depend on how bh handles pitchers. Last few early week games they have pitched the entire staff, to get some work. That makes it tuff to get in a groove as a team. I say if BH bats stay hot they take this one regardless to how pitchers are used.
KFDM COOP Posted March 6, 2007 Author Report Posted March 6, 2007 Does anyone know how the Flores kid is doing after running into fence on Sat nite? Pretty bad gash on head and banged up knee. From Jay Stone Although Flores suffered some nasty forehead and facial cuts, there was equal concern about his knee.“He also banged it pretty good,†PN-G coach Jay Stone said of his third-year varsity player who has been one of the Indians’ top pitchers and hitters this season. “It would really hurt us to lose him.â€
NeDeRlAnD b-DoG fAn Posted March 6, 2007 Report Posted March 6, 2007 I think this is gonna be a great game to watch. If they were playing in Port Neches I'd go but since the are playing in Barbers Hill I have no ride. Just for the fun of it i'll make a prediction...Barbers Hill=7Port Neches Groves=5
SETXBaseball1 Posted March 6, 2007 Report Posted March 6, 2007 Flores is doing well. He found out yesterday that there is no ligament damage in his knee, but it is still badly bruised and swollen. He had to get 13-16 stitches on his eyebrows and a little above. He won't be playing in tonights game against BH. He hopes to be able to play some first base and DH this weekend, but it looks doubtful. I talked to Shawn and he said he should be 100% by the first district game against Ozen.

Maybe the two of them can get together and share injury stories............I hate injuries.
EAGLE07 Posted March 6, 2007 Report Posted March 6, 2007 No doubt...about hating injuries. Best of luck to both Barrera and Flores !
