Apparently, it's every kid that's made All-State in Texas (basketball) from 1955 to 2013.  I don't know how accurate it is but it's a heck of a coincidence that the schools across the state that are normally good have a lot of kids listed on here.  Funny coincidence.

It's pretty accurate I believe.  He has some great bball history.
