Jefferson County Has The Highest Unemployment Rate!

Just saw on a local political site that Jefferson County has the highest unemployment rate in the state of Texas.  Imagine that!  Jefferson County, of course, is ran by LIBERALS!!

Lots of the work is construction in Port Arthur and Sabine Pass. Lots of trailer parks filled to capacity and expanding. Need to hire locals but then that would be leaning towards union.
