I see they were 3-7 at Cy springs the 3 previous years. So not really major success there. Sometimes it's just the right fit. I've seen it at other local schools for years and recently too. Some schools have figured out the hiring process and some just get what they can.
We narrowed the field in favor of the latter. Then lowered the job requirements to fit the candidate. In the best interest of the students I assume. We have such high standards here. This has magnified a much larger problem that has doomed the district as a whole for too long.
