Seriously?  Migrants have their own suburb?  And it's causing problems?  Imagine that!  I would get the police  and military and go through there and round everyone up and send them back to where they came from.  Again -- what do they have in common with the Swedish people?  Obviously, as anywhere they go, they are not there to assimilate!
