I feel sorry for the Lee program. At one time, Lee was a legit program. I was talking to a friend that has a kid that plays for Lee and there is some sad things he was telling me.

They will not make the playoffs in any sport this year. Boys or Girls.

Just do not have the numbers.

What's the situation over at GCM right now, thought they were loaded and had played really well through non district.  Can they recover?  Knew Sterling graduated a lot last year and might have been down a little.

They are loaded. Just can't get it together for some reason.

is it the move to 6a, i know atascocita and kingwood are very tough.  north shore has a solid program.

No. They should be able to compete with those teams.

Two D1 commits:

University of Houston

University of Louisiana

One NAIA commit:

Our Lady of the Lake (San Antonio)

All are pitchers.

So they should for sure be making the playoffs with the talent they have vs the schools they have to beat to get in.

I would say, yes. You have to give North Shore, Kingwood and Atascocita their credit. Well established and very talented programs. Still, GCM has established themselves as a very good baseball program since they opened the doors 10 years ago.

Hopefully they will get things going in the 2nd round of district play.

They just have to put egos aside and come TOGETHER as a TEAM and the upside is tremendous.

so it will all come down to the Patriots beating Channelview for a playoff spot?
