This is his bio from Clear Creek: Marcus Ebow Junior Varsity Coach The 2014-15 season will be Coach Ebow's second year as the Junior Varsity Boy’s & Varsity Assistant Basketball coach and his 2nd year at Clear Creek. Previously Coach Ebow coached at C.E. King High School in Houston, TX where he was part of a district title winnning team and made multiple playoff appearances. Coach Ebow also assisted with track and field. Coach Ebow resides in Baytown, and played his High School basketball at North Shore High School winning multiple district titles and being ranked as high as the 4th best team in TX. He attended Sam Houston State University on a basketball scholarship. He then attended Minnesota State University and finished his career there, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science & Coaching and earned his Masters degree from Lamar University in Educational Administration. How does this hire play into that? No. AAU was only a minor part and not the focus of why the district made a change. A group a parents asked that the new coach have more interest in AAU activities.
