At the request of a member here, the Kirbyville AD thread has been moved as I have learned that threats have been exchanged. 

Guys, I know that we are passionate about our sports, our schools and our teams. Certainly that passion will be demonstrated in the posts that are made here.  However, when the passion in the posts degenerate into physical threats, that is troubling.

A reminder that any threats of physical abuse either in open forum or the private messages are grounds for immediate banishment.

Does the superintendent hire the AD/HC on recommendation from the school board or how does that work?

Other way around, the super recommends an AD/HC candidate and the school board hires.

Thank you hsforlife for posting that list.   I am so glad they finally came out with a list.  I had most of the names but nearly all these.

I don't think I've ever seen a list this long. Usually they provide me with resumes so I have an idea who the candidates are, but besides a few of the normal guys who always show up, I don't know the majority of the names. I'd be interested to hear who people think the front-runner(s) are.
