HJ lost a heartbreaker to Tarkington tonight 5-3 in the bottom of 8th with 2 run homer

Odd (to me) pitching change in the bottom of 8th for HJ, new pitcher to start 8th, faced 1 batter, got a ground out then pitching change. Both righties so not an "advantage" there, just seemed kind of strange, but then there's alot about the game that was strange. Another good outing for Horn's pitchers who did a great job. 

Best I can tell that puts Horns in the driver's seat in 23, good job boys.

Actually maybe that wasn't a change to start the 8th and it was a pitch count thing..

Yes it was pitch count.
