The Oregon State Board for Engineering and Land Surveying should fine themselves $500 for practicing buffoonery without a license.

I sent an email to Beaverton Public Works that reads....

I hear there is a problem with your traffic signal's timing and may need some tweaking. I am NOT an engineer but anything involved with the flow of traffic should work perfectly, especially the timing of traffic signals. Thank you.

We received your email report concerning traffic signal timing.  Is there a specific signal you are referring to?  If you could provide a location, we can have the City of Beaverton traffic engineer look at the timing and see if all is well.
