Alex Sezer Receives A&M Distiguished Letterman Award

Former LC-M Battlin' Bear Alex Sezer was recently presented with the Male Distuguished Letterman Award at Texas A&M. This award is the highest award presented to A&M student athletes annually.

The games I've attended over his time at A&M, he always caught my eye with the things he did that don't show up on TV or in the stat sheet.  He was one of the team leaders even though he wasn't a starter.   Sezer led the team out on the field and led the team in prayer before the games and you can tell was truly looked up to by the younger players.  

 

Not everyone can be a superstar 1st round pick, but every successful team at any level needs players like Alex.  Best wishes to him in his future.  I have no doubt he will be successful in whatever ventures he decides to take on.
