The U6 unemployment rate counts not only people without work seeking full-time employment (the more familiar U-3 rate), but also counts "marginally attached workers and those working part-time for economic reasons.".

 

The rate for April was the lowest since 2007.  Imagine that- the 2007 rate came during the presidency of the same guy who personally caused the financial crisis.

That is strange, if he had done such a terrible job, you would have thought it would have shown up sooner.
