Football 101
I was just wondering how is a athlete nominated for this award? Does their coach have to nominate then they have a committee who decides by stats? Again just wondering...for future reference! Congratulations to the winners this year!!! Tigers2010
These guys have a tough job picking these teams. You have to try to be fair and put kids from different classifications on it. Obviously there are several very talented players who got left off the team. There are probably players who are better than some listed on here, but it is tough to do. Congrats to those who made it. I grew up here and I didn't make this team in '89! But the news reporters where at a lot of my games, there was just a lot of talent to pick 11 players from. I know for a fact some of these players definitely were not not the coaches favorites! Henry Coe
