Invest in Navy shipyards?  Are you kidding me?  Do you have any idea how many more refugees could have been brought into this country for this amount of money?  Think of how many confederate statues could have been removed. Just imagine how much the SNAP program could have been expanded.  Most of you are just a bunch of greedy, unenlightened, bigoted jingoists with no regard/concern for the needy.
