The Big Sandy Wildcats look to close out their Class 2A, Region IV Semifinal against the Center Point Pirates this afternoon in Game 2 of this best of 3 series!  Last night, Jacob Hooker's Wildcats took Game 1, 10-0 to take a 1-0 series lead.  Should a Game 3 be necessary, it will take place 30 minutes after the completion of Game 2.

The winner of the this series will face the winner of the Thorndale/Refugio series.  Refugio leads that series 1-0 with Game 2 (and, if necessary, Game 3) tomorrow in Weimar.

Just a little side note.  In the playoffs, the Wilcats have played 8 games without a loss, and out scored their opponents 76-18.
