They are sold out and not making any more. Already checked.

Married to a Dago.  Their Italian sausage was top notch and also used to have some pretty top notch cannoli.

I wish I would have bought some. I finished the last of my Nicks' boudain a couple of weeks ago, and have been meaning to go get some more.

I was wrong. They are still making boudain but there is a waiting line.

From what I was told they make a certain amount daily and sell out pretty quick each day.

Going out of business drums up a lot of business. There was a furniture store in Beaumont that had going out of business sales for about 30 years. Believe it was Long's furniture.
