I don't get it either but I'll take it. They entire state knows that they have talent. Is this a knock on how they view the coaching?

That could be it very much so.  Kind of how I viewed us the last 4 years, enough talent to get us to the playoffs but not enough coaching to get past the 1st round...

Well, something to keep in mind, 3 of the 5 teams ranked ahead of PN-G (1. Manvel 2. Cedar Park 3. Temple) are predicted to be in the DI playoffs.  So if you look at projected 5A DII teams, PN-G would be #3 in the Region.

The smaller schools in our area are going to be very good. Newton ad always. And San Augustine in my opinion could be a monster with what they have coming back. Those are two teams I think coukd make it to state .

BH shouldn't be ranked ahead of PAM, that's kind of laughable really. We'll be decent this year, but don't see us better than PAM.

They're not.  PAM is ranked 8th and BH is ranked 14th.

Yessir. PAM has more talent on their squad than the rest of the district combined.

Some folks believe that Navasota will have a "bounce back" year.  You also have to remember that this is just Region III, not the state, so with 1 of the districts in the region being an HISD district, there is room for other teams to slip in.

Not sure why Evadale is ranked higher than Hull-Daisetta. HD went into Evadale and defeated a very good Rebel team. I do believe Evadale should be ranked, just not higher than HD.
