Is this a knock on how they view the coaching? Well, something to keep in mind, 3 of the 5 teams ranked ahead of PN-G (1. Manvel 2. Cedar Park 3. Temple) are predicted to be in the DI playoffs. So if you look at projected 5A DII teams, PN-G would be #3 in the Region. Quote

If they're basing it off of last year, how does Navasota come in at 10? Some folks believe that Navasota will have a "bounce back" year. You also have to remember that this is just Region III, not the state, so with 1 of the districts in the region being an HISD district, there is room for other teams to slip in. Quote
