End obamacare Exemption For Congress Now!!

In order to get it passed, and to fool the sheeple, Congress was part of obamacare.  When it passed, obama exempted Congress.  Salient question:  Can Trump pull that exemption??

ACA requires Congress to use Obamacare like the rest of us, but Obama passed an executive order to exempt Congress from Obamacare. Now that Congress won't repeal it, Trump is threatening to repeal the executive order and make Congress use Obamacare.

I'm still curious how so many average folks die from these brain tumors, and yet Jimmy Carter and McCain survive it with no problems.  Is it possible our Govt has access to medical information/techniques that the rest of us don't?  

In our Govt of the people, by the people, for the people, the needs of the few outweigh the needs of the many.

My guess is that McCain is near the end of his life.   If he has a glioblastoma, my understanding is that the average survival rate is 15 months.( I have a family member who was recently diagnosed with it)
