He should be fired due to a conflict of interest. I had a thread on it but got no response.

A good example of someone who should be "fired due to conflict of interest" is someone who keeps wanting to get rid of appointees when they begin to turn up heat on alleged wrongdoings.  An awful lot of kings in this world kept such a practice...

Does this mean that "one who turns up the heat" should never be questioned/investigated for the reason the heat was turned up/created?
