Your description of the liberal vs conservative posting is correct.  Not often, but to many times, I've had to apologize, or concede that my post weren't quite up to snuff.  I cannot remember any liberal poster on here do the same.  I don't ever remember leaving a post directed at me unanswered.  On this thread alone, I've challenged liberals three times (at least) with questions or assertions that they have failed to respond to.  Why?  I can only imagine that they were wrong - knew it - and haven't the gumption to admit it.

Because poverty is non discriminatory.  Hence the U.S. is an equal opportunity country in spite of many trying to change that to an equal outcome country.

I don't need to be educated. I have stated slavery was and is a horrible time in our history. My point is by tearing down history, right or wrong, you are enraging people and dragging the past back to the spotlight. As I stated 90% of people I bet would not even know it was a Robert E Lee statue they were walking past if they didn't stop to read it.

Why are so many whites on welfare?  A couple of reasons.  First, our economy has been so bad, so long, many have had to go on welfare.  Second, welfare has become so lucrative (evidently), that many on welfare live better than those that work.  The Welfare Program is out of control, and is a prime example of how ineffective our Govt is at running programs.  Jmo

I take umbrage with the bold portion, REB.  I'm fairly certain I've done this before on this site.  Or if I haven't, I will admit that's I am wrong in admitting that I was previously wrong.  Either way, you can now remove "any" from that assertion

If REBgp uses my same categories to describe people on the Left, then his quote is absolutely correct. I label the nut-case socialists, exclusionists, hate-mongering, race-baiters as Liberals, and the sane but misguided people that prefer a bigger government as Democrats. I would not put you in my Liberal category. But I'll let REBgp respond.
