I still believe Kirk Ferentz at Iowa is one of the most underrated coaches in the country.  And Pat Fitzgerald at Northwestern is fantastic too.  I also think Cutcliffe at Duke is one of the best coaches in the ACC.

Fuentes is building something special at Virginia Tech also
