I keep wondering why minorities, especially Blacks, are not outraged by these types of decisions. The judge is basically saying that she thinks Blacks (and Hispanics) are too stupid to obtain an ID. Many of you keep trying to find and protest non-examples of racism...then you have a prime example of racism right here and you say nothing. That is just baffling.

Not baffling- judge understands that the people in question will vote democrat, hence her decision

I meant it's baffling why minorities seem to not be offended and propelled to speak out against these type of blatantly racist decisions. I have absolutely no doubt that you are correct in concluding the judge understands the people in question will vote democrat, and her reasoning for that decision is about as racist as anyone can get. Even Robert E. Lee would be thinking "Man, that judge is racist".

When you are on the left, you believe racism occurs only on the right. ( best example - the infamous quote-"Not all Republicans are racist but all racists are Republicans") Can't see the forest for the trees.
