The purpose of the Tax is suppose to be to clean up the drinking water.  So when all these millions start coming in, what do you think they'll really do with it?  Maybe ten cents on the dollar to water, rest to help pay all the social programs.

Okay, here's where the common sense of most Texans should come into play.  If you had to be treated for that, you will no longer be allowed to vote.  You are to stupid to be entrusted with something so important.  Personally, I think, before your allowed to vote, you should be required to name your Rep in the House, and both of your states Senators. If you can't do that, get your dumb behind back home.
