Well, looking at drivetexas.org, the roadway situation seems to be improving.  Southbound 96 is open.  I-10 is now passable between Beaumont and the Texas-Louisiana border.  327 between Kountze and Silsbee is now clear.  Heck, even 69 between Lumberton and Beaumont is now passable.

FM 105 between Evadale and Vidor is open to I-10, and I think I-10 is open, at least to Bmt.  Thank goodness the water is receding.

According to texasdrive.org, only northbound traffic is affected.

Hwy 96 between Silsbee and Lumberton is now officially open. 4 lanes down to 2 lanes open where the washout occurred.
