Vidor and PA Memorial are switching bye weeks to make this happen. Yes, there will be mid-week games.

Ozen and Vidor voted for another option - 6-day schedule starting Sept. 23. Seven other schools voted for accepted option.

Here is what I know:

To delay Vidor's start, the games that were originally scheduled for Nov. 3 will be played starting the 20th (yep, 30, they are doing what you suggested).

There will be mid week games.

Other than that, it will take me a while to figure out.

So I wonder will they be allowed to find other games to make up for the 1 or 2 that were lost to Harvey since district play won't start until the 20th?

So the 1st round of district play will be on a Wednesday night?  I'm guessing JV/Freshman will play on that Tuesday?

Does that mean that the district games slated on the 15th will move to the 11/3/17 game date schedule, since we are not starting until the week of the 22nd for districr?

Yes, Game 1 of district will be on a Wednesday and it won't be the last weekday game.

As to subvarsity, I don't know what they will do.

WOSGrad, maybe I'm not understanding.  So for example, Central will travel to Livingston on the 20th and then host PA Memorial on the 22nd?  I hope not...

Nevermind, I'll give you time to get the schedule for all of us.  I told you that you should have just went to the meeting for yourself to get everything first hand...

I like the other option better of starting with Livingston but hey at least we will have 2 weeks to game plan for PA-M.
