TXHORN_ET Posted September 23, 2017 Report Posted September 23, 2017 Too many rice bowls last week? Quote
About a week ago Posted September 23, 2017 Report Posted September 23, 2017 Last week was HF's super bowl, they forgot about the rest of the season. EC made them look better than they were last week. Quote

TXHORN_ET Posted September 23, 2017 Report Posted September 23, 2017 Looks to me as if some posters on the other Buna/HF thread forgot to let the Cougars know they weren't supposed to win and were 'down' this year. camsdad, ReconMarine1980 and Tiger33 3 Quote
drich329 Posted September 23, 2017 Report Posted September 23, 2017 Good game buna... Smh HF changed defense just for this game and still didn't work. Quote
Crawford72 Posted September 23, 2017 Report Posted September 23, 2017 Offense didn't work either. 3 turnovers and 2 3 and out possessions. Give the ball to 24 more than 10 times and that will help. Offense turned the ball over twice inside the 20. They need to score points there. drich329 1 Quote
Crawford72 Posted September 23, 2017 Report Posted September 23, 2017 Buna played a good game. Out coached HF on the fake punt. Perfect time to call it. Up on the scoreboard and inside the 50. Alex Connell played a good game for Buna at QB drich329, mragc2007 and About a week ago 3 Quote

So your rb who has 448 yards 4 tds in 2 games gets the ball only 10 times ? That makes no since they (coahes) just threw in the towel . Like i said before what do you do if they stack the line for white , can we throw the ball ? Quote

If your personell is the same it wont matter what defense you run . Until the culture of defense is change at hamshire this will continue to be a problem . Quote

HORNSFAN86 Posted September 25, 2017 Report Posted September 25, 2017 Buna just gave HF a good old fashion butt whipping; HF's Offensive and Defensive lines got man handled. The Horns just played flat the whole game and when we did something good we would turn around and shoot ourselves in the foot. Heck even the HF fan base was not up for the game like they were for Lumberton & EC. Maybe the Horns are little overrated and Buna was underrated? I would like to think the Horns were just tired and weren't used to being back in school; especially after the emotional high they just came off of from beating EC. That is what you get with a young team; I think HF has like 6-7 Soph & 1 Fresh starting on offense and defense. Good luck to both squads this week. drich329, mragc2007 and GAGE12 3 Quote
